At Auraniq, we are committed to delivering your favorite self-care and cosmetic products in the safest and fastest way possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your order will reach you.

1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order details.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier availability, festivals, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹699.
A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies on orders below ₹699.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹60 per order.

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section on our website.

5. Order Delays or Issues

In rare cases of delay or delivery failure:

Please contact our support team with your Order ID.
If your package is lost or undelivered, we will investigate with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.

6. Address & Contact Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused due to incorrect/incomplete information.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options will be introduced soon!
