At Auraniq, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
 

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, email us at support@auraniq.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.

After Dispatch:

• Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

• Refusal to accept the order at delivery will be treated as a return and applicable charges may be deducted from your refund.
   

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong product.

• The product was damaged during transit.

• The product is expired on arrival.

Conditions to Qualify for Return:

• Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of issue (unboxing video or clear images) is mandatory for processing returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or opened products.

• Products bought during sales, combos, or gift sets.

• Free gifts or promotional items.

3. Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide a store credit as per your preference.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
